It is possible to completely oxidize and decompose ammonia odors, putrid smells, fermentation odors, and VOCs using a catalytic deodorization method!

We would like to introduce our "Catalytic Deodorization Device." Our catalytic deodorization method uses a catalyst to oxidize and decompose odor substances at a low temperature of approximately 150°C to 350°C, effectively eliminating odors. Compared to direct combustion methods (700°C to 800°C), it consumes significantly less fuel (about one-third), allowing for substantial reductions in running costs. The "VOC catalytic deodorization device" contributes to VOC countermeasures in response to VOC emission control regulations, reduces equipment costs and running costs, and enables more efficient VOC treatment. It oxidizes and decomposes VOCs (volatile organic compounds) generated from manufacturing lines in industries such as chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, and printing into CO2 and H2O, eliminating odor generation. By using a catalyst, the oxidation and decomposition temperature can be maintained between 150 and 350°C, significantly reducing energy consumption compared to direct combustion methods. The "ammonia catalytic deodorization device" is a system that oxidatively decomposes ammonia gas emitted from stripping towers and production processes using an ammonia decomposition catalyst, rendering it harmless. By containing ammonia and neutralizing waste gas, it has achieved low NOX combustion, eliminating concerns about air pollution. Nitrogen compounds like ammonia (such as amines) can also be oxidized and neutralized using the ammonia decomposition catalyst.
